 Shubert Chang, CPO, Owner/President of Dynamic Orthopedics, Inc., is an American Board for Certification certified prosthetist/orthotist and is licensed by the State of Florida. He graduated in 1992 from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science in Prosthetics and Orthotics. He is a member of the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association and a member of the Florida Association of Orthotists and Prosthetists. He lectures for Nova Southeastern Physical Therapy program and also for Broward Community College Physical Therapy Assistant program. He has specialized training in the following areas:

 Melisa Chang, P.T., Owner/Vice President of Dynamic Orthopedics, Inc., graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science is Physical Therapy in 1993. She has practiced Physical Therapy for 15 years. Melisa has been a transtibial amputee since the age of 19.
