 Our practitioner has become a leading provider of prosthetics and orthotics for the pediatric population. He specializes in the intricate detail needed to make a custom designed device for a child. Shubert Chang, CPO, has come to understand the growth and development of children and strives to develop bracing that allows for proper alignment yet flexible enough to suit the demands of active children.
Although he has made a name for himself because of his care of the pediatric client, he also services adults, especially those requiring prosthetics. Shubert is an amputee himself since the age of 15 due to a motorcycle accident. Although traumatic , this life experience became the catalyst to develop Shubert’s caring sensitivity to the clients he serves.
Not only did this draw him into the field of prosthetics and orthotics, but it gave him the platform to meet and marry his wife. Melisa Chang oversees the offices of Dynamic Orthopedics, Inc. Additionally, she also became an amputee at an early age from a motorcycle accident.
Their combined talents lead them to opening the doors of Dynamic Orthopedics, Inc. in 2002.
